After having our minds blown by our 2017 vintage we decided to try making a solera out of these incredible cab franc grapes. We bottled 2/3 of the 2017 barrel and blended the leftovers with the first press of the Quite Francly 2018.
The wine then spent 12 months in a newish oak barrel where it recieved 3 rackings.
